I have kind of a small hole and have thought about being tied down and having someone enlarge it with a razor blade. Insert the edge of the blade in the hole and cut up 1/8 inch and down 1/8.

Slice the sack open, drop the balls down and crush them one at a time. More painful that way. Then take garden shears and cut the whole mess off.
